February is typically gloomy in Kelowna, and not particularly anybody’s favorite month, but we have something that will put a ‘gold’ lining in the overcast sky: an amazing flight of bourbon! Taking a break from single malts, we turn our attention to bourbon malts and explore the diversity of American style whiskey. The flavour profiles can be rich and characterized as having big vanilla, oak, and caramel notes, as well as molasses. We’ve got seven exciting bourbons lined up:
