I’m just about down to the big boys in my collection. This months tasting will feature some older single malts that many of us can’t afford to buy on a regular basis. Despite that, these whiskies are still a good value (in my opinion)! Some of the whiskies are no longer in production, an in the case or core ranges, have been replaced with lower alcohol content expressions! The whiskies include:

25 y.o. Glenfarclas single cask (KWM 25th anniversary cask – Distilled 1991)

25 y.o. Glenrothes (Wilson & Morgan – Distilled 1990)

28 y.o. Mortlach (SMWS 76.127 – Distilled 1987)

25 y.o. Glengoyne (Distilled 1991)

25 y.o. Talisker (2009 cask strength edition – Distilled 1984)

25 y.o. Benriach peated Authenticus (Distilled 1989)

25 y.o. Bowmore (Distilled 1968!)
