Join us July 15th for our first-ever tasting to feature exclusively Canadian whiskies. We’ve been wanting to put together a night like this for a while, and we decided to extend our 2018/19 season by one more month to do just that! We’ve carefully selected two sets of three whiskies to compare. The first from the larger, ancient distilleries of Canada who have been making whiskey since before confederation in a very traditional way, by artfully blending individually distilled and aged corn, rye and malt whiskies. The second from the new wave of craft distillers who buck the trend and go their own way, producing barrel finishes, single barrels, single malts and cask strength releases.

We will also explore some of the history of distilling in Canada; illuminate what exactly makes our whisky so competitive on a national and global scale; and address some of the misconceptions about Canadian whisky.

Hope to see you there, and Happy Canada Day!
