Policies

*Please Note: We strongly recommend you use public transportation, walk, or arrange a ride to and from the tasting!

Registration Process:

  • Register early to avoid disappointment.
  • We require all attendees to register in advance to get proper numbers of glasses, etc.
  • To select the tastings, go to the Events tab and click on the title of the desired event. Select the number of tickets and add to your cart.
  • To purchase members-only tickets, you must be logged in.
  • Follow the instructions for checkout. Transactions are handled directly from our website and processed through Stripe.
  • When complete, an registration confirmation email and payment confirmation email will be sent to you.
  • If your payment is not processed, you can use the link provided in your registration email to complete payment.
  • If an event is sold out, you will be given the option to join a waitlist.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Registrations are transferable so you are welcome to send someone in your place if you cannot attend a tasting.
  • If you cannot make it for some reason, we ask that you let us know at least 48 hours prior to the tasting date in order to give another person a chance to attend.
  • If you cannot make it for some reason, you will receive a credit towards a future tasting!

Other stuff:

  • All tastings start at 6:30pm, unless otherwise noted.
  • Most tastings are complete with light snacks, please plan to eat before or after the tasting.
  • Please arrange a safe ride home after every tasting. Don’t drive and drive.
